SHIPPING CHARGES:
Statinease.com shipping charges are based on your order total prior to tax. Undeliverable or refused shipments may be subject to a restocking fee. Statinease.com does not assume any responsibility for custom duty charges or regulations for countries outside of the United States.

SHIPMENTS:
At AquaRa LLC, our service goal is to fulfill your order promptly and keep you posted as to the status of your order. We want you to know your order is secure. We want you to feel comfortable and enjoy the benefits of shopping at Statinease.com. There are no additional shipping charges for items on back-order, which ship subsequent to your initial shipment.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY:
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Statinease.com reserves the right, at any time after receipt of your order to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. If a portion of your order is out of stock, we will notify you of the status of your back ordered item. Your credit card will only be charged for the number of products we ship to you. There will be no additional shipping charges billed to your credit card for items that ship subsequent to your initial order. The shipping charges will only equal your "Order Total" as reflected in your order confirmation. In order to protect the interests of our customers, orders placed over $200.00 (U.S.) may require additional customer verifications or information, as determined by our credit department, before we can process your order.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Statinease.com does accept orders from most countries outside the United States. We maintain the right to discontinue selling our products to any individual country.

RESELLING AquaRa LLC Products:
Reselling AquaRa, LLC products purchased through Statinease.com is strictly prohibited. Additionally, selling AquaRa, LLC products through web based stores and marketplaces is also prohibited. We reserve the right to block orders to any company or individual who is in violation of this policy. Any merchants wishing to resell AquaRa, LLC products should contact our wholesale sales department to seek approval and order product through thatchannel. AquaRa, LLC will require reseller's permit information to verify that the entity can legally resell products and avoid paying direct sales tax.

PAYMENT METHODS:
Statinease.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal. Please make sure your shipping address is complete. We need your email address and phone number so that our customer service representatives can keep you informed of your order status. You will receive an email from us as soon as your order has been shipped.

PRICING POLICY:
Statinease.com reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice. All of the Statinease.com products are guaranteed against defects for 30 days from the date of shipment of merchandise, except as expressly stated below.

You agree that the sole and exclusive maximum liability to AquaRa, LLC arising from any product sold on the Statinease.com site shall be the price of the product ordered. In no event shall AquaRa, LLC, its directors, officers, employees or representatives be liable for special, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages related to product sold.

RETURN POLICY:
Our products are the highest quality and top customer service is our goal. If you order a product and it arrives damaged or defective, we will exchange it at no cost. Your satisfaction with AquaRa, LLC products is guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with a product, you may return the unused portion to us (along with any unopened packaging) within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Anytime beyond 30 days from the date of shipment of merchandise, no returns will be accepted.

PROMOTIONAL OFFERS:
Any special promotional item(s) received for either discount or no cost from this web site in conjunction with purchased items must be returned along with the purchased non-promotional items. If the product is returned alone, a small charge for the free item may apply.

SHIPPING POLICY:
Statinease.com offers standard 2 to 6 business day shipping via the U.S. postal service. The Statinease.com team does their best to ship all orders accepted before 12pm Pacific Standard Time on the same day. Statinease.com currently does not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. Customers may be required to sign for delivery. Shipments outside the 48 continental United States may involve additional requirements. Shipments to remote, rural, or international locations will require additional time for delivery.

Arbitration
Any disputes that cannot be resolved between the customer and AquaRa, LLC through communication between the parties shall be resolved through arbitration administered by the applicable procedures of the American Arbitration Association ("AAA"). BY ENTERING INTO THIS CONTRACT TO PURCHASE MERCHANDISE FROM THIS WEB SITE, BOTH PARTIES ARE GIVING UP THEIR CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT TO HAVE ANY SUCH DISPUTE DECIDED IN A COURT OF LAW BEFORE A JUDGE OR JURY, AND INSTEAD ARE ACCEPTING THE USE OF ARBITRATION. The demand for arbitration must be in writing and must be made by the aggrieved party within sixty days of the event giving rise to the demand. The arbitration shall take place in San Francisco County, California, and shall be based on the laws of the State of California. The decision of the arbitrator shall be binding and conclusive on the parties and not revisable for error of law or legal reasoning of any kind. Judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having proper jurisdiction. Each party to the arbitration shall bear their own costs including attorney's fees. Both parties shall pay the fees for the arbitrator equally.
THIS AGREEMENT REPRESENTS ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AGREED TO BY THE PARTIES (AquaRa, LLC AND CUSTOMER) AND SUPERCEDES ALL OTHER COMMUNICATIONS BETWEEN BOTH PARTIES.
THIS AGREEMENT WILL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA (EXCLUSIVE OF CONFLICTS OF LAW PRINCIPLES) AND WILL, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWABLE, BE DEEMED TO CALL FOR PERFORMANCE IN SAN FRANCISCO COUNTY, CALIFORNIA.
